The research in the field of superconductivity is focused on three main axes:
- Investigation of different artificial pinning center incorporation in YBCO thin film for efficient vortex pinning
- Development of environmentally friendly, i.e. fluorine-free, chemical solution deposition (CSD) process for YBCO thin film growth
- Oxide thin films as buffer layers in high-temperature superconducting architectures
